There is free parking in front of and around the building. Please go into the South door on the left of the building and continue through the next door. Then make a right into the hallway and you will see my sign on the door.
(The building is under construction so signage is not up yet.)
If you need handicap accessibility, please follow the ramp into the door closest to the Acupuncture Wellness Center and then call me to get you through the maze. :)

Unfortunately, Lucia Health does not participate with any insurance company at this time. It provides one to one manual therapy and movement services focused on YOU and there will not be any voluminous paperwork to do. Cheers for investing in you!
Some insurances are catching up to the times and will reimburse for "alternative" and "complimentary" services, or you may have a FSA or HSA card that can be used. If your insurance company reimburses for these types of services, please let me know so I can give you proper paperwork.

As a health care professional, tipping is unnecessary. I view manual therapy and bodywork as a medical treatment session and prefer you to save your tips to invest in YOU for future sessions.
However, I will graciously accept your tip and enter it into my continuing education budget and/or pay if forward to others who may use a sliding scale.

Great question! My hope is that you feel a difference soon after the first session (ie. May be your posture is naturally more efficient, may be you had a great night of sleep, may be you have more range of motion). The little wins will eventually add up!
If some thing is chronic in nature, usually many sessions are needed to address the complex layers of the body. The suggestion is a session once a week for a few to several weeks in addition to self-care strategies.
If you are seeking manual lymphatic drainage for post surgery care, several sessions per week may be beneficial to address the swelling.

No-shows and cancellations without a reason within 24 hours will be charged $50. It pains me to do this and I hope you make your wellness a priority.
I have an online scheduler that helps you to conveniently change your appointment as needed.
